Support for your Breath journey

Jon - Radiant Breathwork, 30 Oct 2023

"Every day Is a journey, and
the journey itself is Home."

If you have started your breathwork journey, this blog post gives you some resources to help support your practice.

Breathe

What if I have never done Transformational Breath® before?

If you are reading this and are new to Breathwork, we strongly recommend you attend a workshop or have a one-to-one session before you start self-practice.

If you have been to a workshop, breath circle or 1-to-1 session

If you have experienced a Transformational Breath® session and want to keep things going, starting with a regular 5-minute daily practice is a great way to go. You can then build your practice from there.

Kelly and I have created a free short audio for a 5-minute breath session to help you with your practice. This audio will help you practice the rhythm and tempo of the conscious connected breath. Feel free to do more than 5 minutes as your experience grows.

Listen to the track below, or on SoundCloud
or download an MP3 version here.

Extending your practice

While it's great to have a regular breath practice of 5-10 minutes, it's important to have longer sessions, too. To deepen your practice further, attending workshops like breath circles is a good idea.

On Saturday, 12th October, 3pm, we will be running a special workshop in London on Heal Your Nervous System with the Power of Breathwork. It is a gentle introduction to breathwork and techniques to help you deal with stress and trauma in your day-to-day life, teaching you techniques to help you regulate your nervous system.

Music playlists on Spotify

On our Spotify page, you can find breathwork music playlists from our workshops. You can use these to create your own playlist from songs you connect with.

As general guidance in a breath session, for three-quarters of the session, you can choose higher-energy songs for the active part and select slower, more peaceful songs for the integration phase at the end of your session.

To get you started, we have created a short 8-minute breath session playlist you can use for regular daily practice.
